Refund Policy for Physical Products

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    We accept returns and offer refunds on physical products under the following conditions:
    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
    • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  2. Requesting a Refund or Exchange

    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product, if it’s damaged or defective.
  3. Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product unless the product was damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, exceptions will be made if:
